In this article we will be looking at the Stamina Air Rower which is our 3rd choice if you are looking for a good home rower. Obviously with a name like “air rower” you will find that this piece of equipment uses wind resistance while you are rowing so you can make your workout as easy or as difficult as you like.
This rower also gives you a monitor that has several functions including speed, distance, time and calories burned.
The seating is also padded and upholstered which is good as it is a must with a rower that you get a comfortable seat! You also get foot plates and they are ample for any size feet so you do not slip as you are working out.
Another really good feature for an indoor rower is that it is easy to assemble and disassemble and on this point the Stamina Air rower is very good as it gives you built in wheels so you can easily place it where you want, has floor protectors that will help prevent skidding and you just fold it up for storage when you have finished with it.
The rower also comes with three year warranty on the frame and you get a 90 day warranty on the parts. This is well worth looking at as on most rowers the warranty for the main immovable frame will differ from the moving parts such as the monitor, however 90 days is still good for the price.
An interesting aspect of the rower is the way it computes the resistance that you would like. As it is wind resistance all you need to do is start rowing faster and it will put more resistance on while if you go at a slower pace it will take it off.
It has the standard T bar grip that is padded so is comfortable for long sessions.

The Stamina Air Rower is easy to put together, price competitively and more importantly it does the job! It is an awesome rower that takes up a small amount of room and if you are just using this to get fit it is an awesome buy. However the customer views we had a look at said that it gives you more of an arm workout than a leg workout. So if you are using this in-between rowing sessions on the water you might want to check out our top pick.
All in all this rower is awesome for the price and for the easy storage – we give it a 7/10!

It’s easy to put together and works smoothly. The rower itself is decent, but depends on what you plan to use it for. If you are a beginning rower or plan to use it competitively or even to warm up before going out on the water, I would not recommend this product. Rowing is a leg sport and all the high end machines I’ve used are built with this in mind. This Stamina Air Rower however, had an issue with this concept; the resistance on the band didn’t kick in until I was into the last part of my stroke (the arms). The basic pattern of a stroke is legs, back, arms. Your legs are supposed to do the hardest work because they fatigue the least, but because of where the highest amount of resistance kicked in, my arms did the bulk of the work and I tired out way too quick.
